This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all products purchased through Sabbe7.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Parties This Agreement is between Sabbe7.com ("Seller") and the person who places an order through our website ("Buyer").

2. Products The Seller sells Islamic gifts and decor products through the Sabbe7.com website. The Buyer may purchase these products online and have them delivered to the Buyer's designated address.

3. Order and Payment The Buyer may place an order by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or product description errors.

Payment for the products must be made at the time of checkout. The Buyer may pay using a credit or debit card, or other payment methods offered by Sabbe7.com.

4. Delivery The Seller will deliver the products to the address specified by the Buyer during the checkout process. The Seller will make every effort to deliver the products within the estimated delivery time, but delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option and the Buyer's location.

5. Right of Withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the Buyer receives the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email or through the contact form on the Sabbe7.com website. The Buyer must return the products to the Seller in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.

The Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the full cost of the products and the initial shipping cost. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the products to the Seller.

6. Warranty The Seller warrants that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective within this period, the Buyer may return it to the Seller for a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability The Seller will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products, including but not limited to lost profits or damages to property. The maximum liability of the Seller for any claim arising from the use of the products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Seller is based. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the country in which the Seller is based.

9. Amendments The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without notice. The Buyer should review this Agreement before placing an order to ensure that the terms and conditions have not changed.
